When Is Needle Detection Performed?

This inspection is usually performed immediately before Packing & Pre-Shipment Inspection, making it one of the final quality control procedures before shipment.

What Happens If the Machine Detects Metal?
If the needle detector alarms, the slippers are immediately removed from the production line for further inspection. Quality inspectors identify the source of the alarm and check whether a broken needle or other metal fragment is present.
After the issue has been resolved, the product is scanned again. Only slippers that successfully pass the needle detector are allowed to proceed to packing and shipment.
