Eye shape, spacing, mouth details and feature placement are reviewed during sample development.

Plush fabrics, appliqué materials and embroidery threads are selected according to approved references.
Embroidery & Layered Details
Embroidery density, appliqué edges and dimensional features are adjusted for clarity and manufacturability.
Left & Right Consistency
Feature position, size and orientation are checked across both slippers to create a balanced pair.
Sample-to-Bulk Consistency

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Character Plush Slippers
Learn more about character artwork, IP authorization, color matching, product development, branding and private-label packaging.
Can you turn our character artwork into plush slippers?
Yes. We can develop character plush slippers from original artwork, mascot drawings, licensed IP references, sketches or product specifications. Our team evaluates the character’s shape, facial features, colors and dimensional details before adapting it to a practical slipper structure.
What files should we provide to start a custom project?
Vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format is preferred. High-resolution PNG or PSD files may also be suitable. Please also provide character views, color references, target sizes, estimated order quantity, destination market and any branding or packaging requirements.
Do we need to own the character or have an IP license?
Yes. Customers must own the submitted artwork or have permission to use the character, trademarks and related intellectual property. We do not manufacture unauthorized copies of protected characters.
Can every character design be made into plush slippers?
Not every detail can be transferred directly. Very small features, complex shapes or fragile dimensional parts may need to be simplified or adjusted for comfort, durability and bulk production. We review manufacturability during the development stage.
How do you preserve the character’s appearance?
We review the character silhouette, proportions, facial expression, colors, embroidery, appliqué and placement of dimensional features. Approved materials, measurements and feature positions are recorded before bulk production.
Can you match our character colors?
We can select fabrics and embroidery threads according to supplied color references, including Pantone references when available. Exact results may vary slightly because screen colors, plush textures, material batches and lighting can affect color appearance.
Can you add our logo and private-label packaging?
Yes. Depending on the design, branding options may include woven labels, embroidery, printed labels, hangtags, barcode labels and branded packaging. Packaging options can include polybags, drawstring bags and printed retail boxes.
